Hey, I can update the "Welcome E-mail" because appears this message after the click "ok":

I believe that are some issue with permission file. Right? There are anybody that can help me? Thanks!

Seems to me your host has mod_security enabled and because you post HTML content, they block you with this message.
Contact them and have them disable that.
