Emails on Multiple Lists Custom Fields Sync

If I have subscribers on multiple lists within a single customer account, is there a way to sync the custom fields of similar emails on multiple lists?

For example if I have a unique email that is subscribed to both list 1 and list 2. If a custom field gets updated on list 1, can it also be updated for that email on list 2?
