Emails not sent

Hi,

Thanks for your support.

I have a problem with my campaigns, when i post it appears in mailwizz as sent, but messages are not arriving.

Help me please.

@rebas - If you go to any of the campaigns that has been sent, to it's overview area, and you click the Number of recipients, do you see any logs in that page? And if you do, do they have the OK message?

Okay, what this means is that MailWizz was able to take the email and handle it to your SMTP server.
Next, you should check your SMTP server and find out why the emails never left. Keep in mind that if your sending queue on the SMTP server is large, your SMTP server might delay sending the emails for a few days even.
 
Where can I check my SMTP server and find out why emails are never left ???

In vps or Webmin or Virtualmin or mailwizz ??
 
@rebas - we have answered this via your support ticket, check that.
For anyone else interested in this, it's the hosting that blocks outgoing connections.
