Email list count

There is a customer and it's customer group has 50.000 email address limit. The customer has totaly 70.286 email addresses. When filter it from all subscribers as confirmed and unique(yes) result is 38.483

How email list limits counting ? is MailWizz count only unique and confirmed addresses ?
