Email Formatting not working

I have created a very nice looking template, but when I send a test email, it looks nothing like the template. I'm trying to use bootstrap formatting. See attached.

It's 2019 and still email requires you to use tables to get a good aspect in most of the email clients and using inline and embed style.

I would pay a reasonable price to have someone convert my bootstrap html5 code to a format that would make it look the way my example template does.
