Please tell me how to use a function of customer - camplaingns - custom tags / I can not understand it !

You just place the custom tag in your campaign email template.
For example, if your list has a custom field for first name, with a tag of FNAME then in your email template you can use [FNAME] to show the fname for your subscribers.
