Display the number of subscribers in a segment in the segment list

Please tell me how to modify the code so that one more column appears on the page with the list of segments - the number of subscribers in the segment? Perhaps there is such an extension?

Now you need to take unnecessary actions - go to the segment, then click the button "Show matching subscribers".

Has anyone solved such a problem?
 
There is a good reason why we don't do that. Segmentation is heavy and loading a segment with thousand subscribers might render your page unusable, so don't do that.

We still have 20,000 email subscribers, and small segments of up to 200-1,000 subscribers, the system calculates these in a split second.
 
Can you please tell me in which files the number of subscribers in the segment is being counted? There are difficulties with counting 2 or more segments, the system freezes and gives a timeout error.
