Discrepancy with automated Email stats

We have a client questioning why there is sometimes a one email discrepancy on the automated Email stats email. I dont have an explanation for this any help will be appreciated.

I just check on our dev and this it's working correctly. Can you check if this issue persist or this is an isolated case with this campaing?

Some campaigns are affected other are not, I have also tried to replicate it but havent been able to.
