In forum - you post your query and forum members will answer you as well The Great Supportive team.

While with Support ticket - you create ticket with support team only and they will answer.

Entire Mailwizz platform is reliable.

We generally advise people to post on the public forum because then other people can find the discussion which can in turn fix their issue as well.
