Delivery pending after activating the campaign.

I wish to know is there any other way to solve it after trying to check the following.

1. The path to the console file should be something like: /the/absolute/path/on/your/server/to/apps/console/console.php

2. Backend -> Settings -> Cron and put 100

The email has been pending for the past 12 hours.

@christeng - can you show us how you have set the cron jobs?

Also you can turn on Debug Mode and it will show you more details whats going on.

The problem is solved, the cron job is not setup properly on the hosting server side before this.
