Deleting Moved Emails

I have moved all openers to a new list called Openers with this option: http://prntscr.com/lirjlg

After emails moved to the new list they still show up in the old list as Moved: Openers

I have deleted some of this emails - but want to be sure what happens if I do this?

I am asking because I see strange behavior on 1 of my sending servers. I sent an email to my Test List (it had 4 email and 3 of them are moved to Openers list)
I see server was used to send exactly 4 emails, 1 from Test List and 3 other random emails from my other lists.

@Eldi - They are kept in that list as a reference for you to see them, no email is sent to them or anything else, they're pretty much disabled, so if you don't care about them, you can as well remove them from the list.

old stats are associated with them, and new stats are only available for the new list, which means if you delete the old oroginal moved-from list, all stats are gone except the new stats...
