Default unsubscribe confirmation page

Hi, is it possible to change the default unsubscribe confirmation page so I do not have to change it manually for every list? Also is it possible to use own design? (Remove the mailwizz header, etc ... completely different page).

If you change it from backend > list page type, then all future lists will inherit the contents from there, so you don't have to do it for all lists.
As for changing the rest of page/layout, you can do it only via a theme/custom coding.
