Daily sending window not working

No matter how many hours I set in this field, it will always send email for 12h.. Its already my second mailwizz setup, people reinstalled it twice and it stills having the same behavior.. it is set to 18h from 9AM so it should send from 9AM till 3AM, but it always stop sending at 9PM

I dont know if that could be a problem, but my timezone is set to GMT -3 (Brazil) and I was expecting it to work into my timezone

Your campaign stopped sending because this option is daily-based. If your timezone is Sao Paulo and your server is running in the UTC timezone, this means that when your local time is 9 PM, the server time is 12:00 AM (midnight) the next day in UTC.
