If i set a limit of 2,400 emails per day and 100 emails per hour, it means that i can only send 100 emails in the first hour. After sending, will the system automatically continue to send the second 100 emails in the second hour right? By analogy, we will continue to send 100 emails in the third hour, right?
If i set 2,000 emails per day, then the sending will stop after the 20th hour, is that right?

No, if you don't have a hourly quota, the system knows it has to send 2k emails/day, so it will do its best to send them as soon as possible. They can be sent in the next 10 minutes. This is why you have lower quotas, in case you need to keep a steady sending throughout the day,
