Customization: Customer and Frontend colors broken

The Customer skin color selection not only affects the customer's backend portal but also the customer's frontend as well. If the Customer skin is set to green, the backend is green which is good. What is not so good is that all of the list pages such as subscribe, subscribe confirmation, and unsubscribe confirmation are green too. I think the frontend is supposed to control that am I correct? If so, the frontend setting does not appear to have any effect.

@Ray Li - This is an issue pointed out a while ago which got fixed in the dev version and will be available once the new release will be made.
