M majid1f Active Member Jan 19, 2021 #2 this error means the server can't connect to your smtp host, maybe SMTP host is down.
twisted1919 Administrator Staff member Jan 19, 2021 #3 Or your server cannot resolve the smtp host, try to use it's IP address instead of a hostname and see if that works.
