CRON Issue

Ive searched around and cannot find the answer.
Running cPanel on a VPS.
When I go to add CRON, it says added correctly but does not show and the software does not see it added.

Any help would be appreciated.

Shows the cron was added. But does not display below where it should be. The backend does not see the cron either.

I think you\re doing the right thing here, but I just don't understand why CPanel doesn't show that cron for you.
Did you try to ask your hosting what is going on?

Open a support ticket and include access to your mailwizz app in backend (url and credentials) and same for cpanel.
Use https://forum.mailwizz.com/support-tickets/ to open a support ticket.

You can just run a command on your VPS

root: crontab -e

and paste cron jobs here.

restart cron job.

Issue was corrected. Server had to be updated. Strange issue but its resolved. Mailwizz team is awesome!
