Creating new database - EasyWP permission issue - Database import workaround needed

I ran into a bit of a hiccup during installation process where on Namecheap EasyWP servers, I don't have the necessary permissions to create a new SQL database and I can only import one. I was hoping reaching out, maybe I could get my hands on an empty database file so I could go around the issue and import an existing database. I am reaching hoping I can get this journey started as Namecheap was unable to help on the matter privileges, databases or otherwise.

You mean you have an existing database and you can only import into it? Because if you can import into a database, it means it exists and you can use it to install MailWizz's database there.

I also found this for NameCheap: https://www.namecheap.com/support/k...reate-and-maintain-mysql-databases-in-cpanel/ Maybe it helps, you need to create the databases and database users from CPanel not from PHPMyAdmin.

Unfortunately I do not have a database which is why I am reaching out. Unless I am misunderstanding the installation process.

Namecheap EasyWP doesn't have SQL database wizard. The capture above is what I get when I try to create the newsletter database from myphpadmin.

Yeah but you must have a database created automatically, as per their instructions at https://www.namecheap.com/support/k...-access-your-website-database-via-phpmyadmin/
And you have a database access username and password for that database. This is all you need to add during the install process of mailwizz.
