Copying contacts got stuck

Hello,

I would like to make a backup of the list "All the Contacts." I created a new empty list called "All the Contacts Backup 20240802" and tried to copy all the contacts from "All the Contacts." However, the copy process got stuck at 44.35% the first time. When I relaunched the copy, it got stuck at 7.39% (please see the screenshot), and I had to abandon it.

Does anyone know what might be the causes, and how to amend that?

In Backend > settings > lists > Copy subscribers at once (or customer group) you have the number of subscribers that are copied per batch, try to play with that number and see if you get better results.
