Copy on click not working for me

Hello fellow Mailwizz users, how are you?

Lately I sent a couple of campaings with the action to copy the subscriber to a new list on click. Yet I received plenty of clicks, but all of my new lists are empty. I don't know why did this happen and I am trying to figure it out.

Has anyone been using this feature successfully?

If someone has some clue of might go wrong with this, let me know.

@Ignacioport - There was another report related to same issue but i couldn't see the cause of it, it worked in the end.
If you're willing, we can run some tests on your install and see what fails.
