Confirmation Bounce

I know there no bounce reports for confirmation emails, just wondering what the thinking is behind this? It seems to me to make sense to bounce confirmation emails so you don’t accept those bad leads into your system again at all in future. Finding this particularly with paid advertisements. Thanks

Just realised I made the assumption the blacklist was taken into account when sending confirmation emails. Do confirmation emails not get sent if they're on the blacklist?

No email should go out if it's listed in blacklist, regardless of it's source.
