Conditional tag

is there a way to add conditional tags on a campaign?

For example, I have:
- "country" custom field
- custom tag with a price for USA
- custom tag with a price for canada

I want to add the price per country on the campaign, something like:

[IF:COUNTRY=USA]
[USA_PRICE]
[IF]

So every subscriber will get the same campaign but with personalized prices.

Is that possible? if not, is there a work around?

@Jose Vega - The tag system is really simple, all it does is a search/replace on the content, simple.
What you are asking for is a full template engine, something we don't have atm.
