Cloudflare records for MailWizz

I would like to ask if I can turn on the Cloudflare proxy for this record, or if it turns on something it will stop working with MailWizz.

Go for it, MailWizz is smart enough and will detect you're running under a CF proxy and will suggest you to do adjustments from the dashboard in case it cannot do it on its own.
