twisted1919 Administrator Staff member Oct 25, 2017 #2 @Eris - Good question. If the customer has opened any of the selected campaigns, the condition does not apply anymore, so that subscriber isn't taken into consideration anymore. P.S: Please consider renewing your support pack.
