Changing prefix in header, bounce not processing

Our original prefix was X-zepa and we decided to remove the zepa as it was triggering something in Spamassasin. However once we removed the prefix, the bounce has stopped processing.
Any ideas how to fix this?

@octo - these days i am a bit focused on different matters, but both @ghimes and @laurentiu are staff members and can help you with what you need.

You need to have at least the X- prefix. It won't work otherwise because email servers might not accept your emails anymore, not because of MailWizz.
So as long as you take a pause from sending campaigns for a while till you don't get bounces anymore, then you change the header prefix, you will be fine.
I understand this is not convenient, but the emails you have sent already contain your old headers, so we can't change that, this is why you need to process them all before changing the prefix.
