Change logs

hi everyone,

I would like to recommend a page where changelogs are stored in one single page easily accessible and kept updated only there?
I'm asking this as it's been 4 minor updates and I couldn't find the changelog before updating the platform.

You can always download latest version of the app and check it's CHANGELOG file.

I agree with @RoTrKO. The changelog needs to be accessible from the top "new version" alert in the backend, so it can be accessed ahead of an auto-update without having to download the entire package manually.
