Certificate Issue

I don't think it's the web hosting ssl, but the ssl used in the email server, this is why your hosting is the only one who can help, i assume you send through their smtp servers, right ?

Godaddy just had told us that you guys are our email server?
Godaddy support at it's finest :D

In your image, it says: Issued by s132-148-27-153-secureserver.net which is the reverse ip for http://132.148.27.153/ which i assume is where your domain is hosted. Thus the ssl certificate, which is expired, is from your server and your hosting has to renew it.

@Chris Ball - The mail client gives that error when the server advertises tls but then the tls info is wrong. At least this is what i believe. So it might be certificate related too. Do you connect on port 443 and/or using tls explicitly?

Hello @twisted1919 Thanks for the reply

Godaddy won't able to help us with the problem, they are asking for our email ID do you know where can we get that?

Is this your server?
host 72.167.238.32 32.238.167.72.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer p3pismtp01-065.prod.phx3.secureserver.net.

Also, I don't know if we're connected on port 443 how can we know that?
I saw this article about this problem https://prnt.sc/jkir61 Do you think it would be helpful trying?

You should see this where you enter the connection details in your email client, in advanced settings maybe. you should see hostname / port / email / etc.
