Can't upload subscribers

Hi, I'm brand new to MailWizz, switching over from SendInBlue.

I can't figure out how to create a list to upload my subscriber list to. In the lists section, I don't see a way to create a new list. I've attached a screenshot. Can someone point me in the right direction? Sorry, very new to this.

@jasonty - you're in backend area there, you cannot create lists from there.
