Cannot send campaigns

Hello,

I tried to send campaigns by copying previous campaigns and modifying a little bit. The test email did work. After launching the campaign, I could see the green banner `Your campaign(regular) named "Tutorial Videos #107" has been successfully saved and will start sending at 12/17/24, 8:09 AM!` on the page https://mail.matrixlead.com/customer/campaigns/regular. However, I could not see the campaign on that page.

I sent several campaigns with this server, the issue persisted. I tried to send campaigns with another server, the problem did not exist.

Does anyone know what may be the reason?

This happen when you send with specific delivery server? This campaign don't appear if you go on: All campaigns link?
 
can you open a support ticket and give us access to your app to take a look? Also in that ticket please indicate and the customer, campaign and delivery server that you use to go into this issue.
