cannot select opener field - change subscriber value upon open

hey,

for some reason in my campaign setup, where you change a field value upon open. I cannot select the opener field that is present as a custom field in the selected list

any ideas?

hey, heres a screenshot which i hopes illustrate the point more.

essentially i have created a custom field called 'opener' and it is not there to be able to select in this list.

What is the type of the 'opener' text field? Are you sure it is text?

Ah just looked and it is a textarea field

Guessing that is the problem. If I remove it and create a new one in the correct field order, should retain the info that was uploaded shouldn't it?

Yes, it clearly states in the tooltip only the text fields are taken into consideration there
