Can I disable pcntl per customer ?

I have 2 customers in mailwizz and would like to know can I disable pcntl for only one of them.
This functionality I need for worm up a new domain. Don't want to harm the reputation of the new domain.

PCNTL can be either enabled or disabled, there's no such thing as enable it per customer basis.

You can apply sending limit in customer campaign and also in delivery server.
