After restarting cmpaign start another one batch and stucks
Help, please.

@Aizek - could you please also enable debug like shown here: https://kb.mailwizz.com/articles/enable-debugging/ then run the command from command line? This way if there's an error, it will show it in console.

They are not. Most likely you also have changed the settings from backend > settings > customers and/or in group settings if the customer is part of a group.

Hm seems that "/backend/settings/customers/campaigns - messages" redefine Cron Setting
It should be in FAQ
