Campaign not sending emails to newly added list members

So, I have a campaign that sends emails to people who are in the list X. I uploaded 1000 people in that list and emails got sent. Then I uploaded another 1000 people to that list but emails were not sent. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

My goal is to send 1k emails each day using the same campaign. How can I achieve this?

Check if: Incl. imported subscribers is enabled for campaign, you will find this in confirmation step, this will allow you to send campaign to imported subscribers.
 
Hello,
That checkbox is available for the Autoresponders campaigns. A regular campaign, once finished, will not send anything for the late added subscribers.
