Bounces are not being recorded with Amazon SES

Im just noticed when I went into my amazon ses account that Im getting bounces but mailwizz says no bounces for my campaigns.
 
Look in the browser address bar when you edit it, does it say amazon-smtp or amazon-ses-web-api ?
 
Ok, so it's web api, this is good.
Can you look in your aws console and see in the SNS area if you have any topic created by mailwizz ? If you do, what is the url registered for the topic ?
 
Yes, click the topics link and see what topics are created and what urls are set for the topics.
 
MWZSESHANDLER is the one that interests us. Click on it please. It will show us what is the url where the notifications will go.
 
I noticed I havent recorded a bounce since 04-19-17. I think it might have to do when you convinced me to move from a hostagator vps to a linode.

Tried deleting the old one but got the an error message twice. I added the new one and validated it. But the new one is not letting me add the tracking domain. Maybe using Amazon SES it doesnt need one? Its selected in the old delivery server.

Most likely because that server has sent tooo many emails and there are a lot of logs for it in the database.
Are you experienced enough to remove it from mysql command line ?

I have phpmyadmin installed on that server. Tell me where it is and I will remove it
 
@Eric535 - Go to the table mw_delivery_server and locate your delivery server and try to delete it from there. If that will fail, PM me and we will both find a way to remove it.
 
@twisted1919 just a question regarding bounce server.

I have setup the bounce server, but cannot get any bounces. I am using a custom SMTP (VPS)... Just to be sure.

My sending e-mail address is the one made on VPS
Bounce server incoming server is different.

Do they both need to be the same or can they be different? I mean the sending SMTP and bounce needs to be the same or can they be different. I use one VPS for sending and the other one where all the webs are hosted (I use its settings and have made an email bounce@domainname.com) and have attached the bounce server to SMTP A.
