Bounce Stats not getting updated

The cron job for bounce handler is working fine and showing success in cron job history. I am also able to receive confirmation of bounced email on the given mail in bounce server, but the count is not updating in the stats section as it is showing 100% sent even though the list contained invalid emails. Also those bounced emails are not visible in the bounce logs as well. I manually ran a cron job, it reads the inbox but isn't able to detect any bounce mails. Attaching screenshots for reference.

Please check for the response in ticket, also is better to give us access to your app but these in ticket not here.
