Bounce server and Mailbox monitor is not working

I use smtp for the delivery server and I have set up both bounce servers and mailbox monitors via POP connection. They don’t seem to be working at all. Bounces and unsubscribe email replies are not being processed.

I have set up and tested cron jobs correctly (these emails are being read by the system).

What could be the issue here? Mailwizz bug?

If you take a look in the inbox that should receive the bounces, can you see any of them?

Yes. All the emails are there. The unsubscribe and bounce emails are all there and I see the messages are marked as read when the cron is ran. Still, mailwizz doesn’t process any of it.
 
Can you please open a support ticket and share there the access details to the backend of your application so we can take a look?
