Bounce and open

When I send a campaign to an subscriber list no open or bounce are showed, but on the other hand some I receive some bounced emails to my bounce server, but mailwizz doesn't show any bounce mails or open mails, knowing that I use PMTA for sending my campaigns

Can you share with us the web version of an email from a campaign so we can take a look and make sure the tracking pixel is included and works okay?

I receive some bounced emails to my bounce server,

Does mailwizz process them, meaning, at some point, you see them marked as read in your inbox?

Also, what happens if you click the Numbers in those boxes, for instance, if you press that 0, it should redirect you to a page with details.
The reason i am telling you this is because the overview page is cached heavily, so it might take some time till you actually see some changes there.
