Blank blacklist reason

I would like to understand why some emails in blacklist has no reason. It is happening across different versions. Any hint?
 
That's expected, we cannot always extract the reason. When we can we can, when we can't, we just leave that empty, it's all about the parsing process which we gradually improve.
