I have a strong global blacklist monitor for IP and poor sender reputation and I don't want the individual customer to resend to those blocked emails but these are valid emails and they are being added to my global blacklists and keeping my other customers from marketing to these valuable leads.
 
If mailwizz puts an email address in the blacklist, it means it's place is there, this is the result of lots of bounces, or hard bounces, etc.
Of course, the global blacklist can be disabled from backend > settings > email blacklist, but that'd be a huge mistake imho.
