Blacklisted Email unable to upload or import

Hi, i have a list of blacklist Emails about 10,000 and i am not able to upload into the blacklisted emails.
The error message will be as follow to ask me to queue

Please advise as it is not reflecting in the system after 5 hours of refreshing

You have option Email blacklist CLI import enabled enabled in Backend > Settings > Import/Export and you need to add cron job for this task. Go to Backend > Settings > Import/Export and click on info button from Email blacklist CLI import, in the modal will see you the cron job to add.
