Black Lists

Hi,

I have seen some threads about blacklists and we are running into issues when using mailwizz as a SAAS solution.

Is there an option for clients blacklists to be seperate and that bounces are filtered into there blacklists rather than the global blacklist.

We have had issues where one client account bounces are affecting another accounts subscribers. What is the best way to approach this?
 
In customer/group settings, in Campaigns tab you have "Use own blacklist *" which you could set to Yes and disable the global blacklist from backend > settings > email blacklist > local checks = no.
Just make sure this is what you want, using own blacklists means customers can empty them at any point, so things can get out of hand very fast.

Hi, Will bounces be filtered into the clients individual blacklist automatically?
 
I just took a look and it seems they don't, the list from customer area is only used for checks.
Hmmm so no way around this issue then, One clients bounces should really not affect other when using the system as a saas solution. As all domains do not have the same delivery reputation and emails can bounce just on reputation alone.
