Automate the " List unsubscribe header email"

In the backend -> settings -> customers -> campaigns we have an option to put "List unsubscribe header email".
Is there a way to automate this - as soon as an unsubscribe request is received over email - Mailwizz unsubscribe them.

use email box monitors, that's their purpose.
