Auto Create Subscriber After Survey Form Submit

I have embedded a MailWizz survey on a webpage where new and existing subscribers are submitting an email field and others. Is it possible to auto create a subscriber once they submit so they can be added to an autoresponder?

Unfortunately not for now, we're super behind with the surveys development and integrating them with the lists, hopefully we'll catch-up after 2.0 final release.
