AR's and Transactional Not Sending

We're not getting our autoresponders and transactional emails sending again. Not sure why this is happening. I've not upgraded, and am just about to, but I can't see that being the reason. Server is Active and set to All. Any ideas?

See in backend > misc > campaign delivery logs if sending failed.
Take a look in backend > misc > cron jobs history, to see if new records are added in the history, this way you will know the cron jobs run.

They seem to be running now, nothing showing in there. I'm wondering if the server is getting overloaded at it's causing some kind of backlog.
