An invisible server on some accounts

Hi,
I have a little problem with one of my server.
There is a server that I can not use on all accounts of my clients.
Only certain account it works.

someone an idea?

What server type? Delivery or bounce ?

Delivery server.
This is a system delivery server.

Maybe that customer is in a group that is not allowed to use that delivery server type ?

This is the problem, i didnt find anything on this.
My client is in group called "Clients"
In this group, I check the server correctly. (called "Transac1")

When my client create a campaign, he never see the server (Transac1).
He can see its own servers, but not the principal. Not that of the system.

Hello Teebox,

When you create a server, select for Transaction or Campaign, then in Customer section set "Customer" and that customer only use that server but he can not see server.
Or
Create a new server and give permission in Customer group, so he can see that server.

it doesn't work anymore.

Look this : (this is group Administrator) I check the "Transac1" it's the main server.

When I make a new campaign, I didn't see the "Transac1"
