all the accounts record are setup perfect DKIM, SPF and everything
but the accounts on Mailwizz getting me bad bad stats and i am using same leads and send on the same time to make the test accurate

Need Your HELP

I get 22% open rate with Sendy (about -1-3% CTR)
with mailwizz I get 0.04 CTR
i don't even use url tracking in mailwizz
i check my tracking software

@lior pardo - this isn't related to mailwizz, mailwizz tracks clicks/opens just fine.
Make sure you don't use double tracking, maybe you track from amanzon but also from mailwizz.

In another thread it was pointed out that Mailwizz shows the CTR taking into account total URLs in a message. So if you have only one URL in a message it may show 1% CTR but if you have 10 URLs in the message it will show it as 0.1% CTR.

Sendy tracks the CTR counting total people who clicked any link divided by total mail recipients.

So the stats of Sendy and Mailwizz are different stats and cant be compared.

In Sendy if you send out 100 messages (and each message has 10 URLS) if 2 people clicked a link it counts as 2% CTR.

In the same situation Mailwizz counts it as 0.2%.
