Add a subscriber in a list, Manually?

Hello, I'm new with this MW application.
  1. How clients can add a new subscriber in his/her new list, manually?
  2. How clients will access the List page types to build his form [eg subscriber form]?
I searched the threads to find the answer, but couldn't get it.

1. In List, there is option to Add/View subscribers to add it one by one. In Same screen last box TOOLS - which have Import Export Copy. So you can Import with CSV/TXT/SQL format.

2. Go to List - > FORM - in that have subscriber form and other. So you can apply your form.
