Hello, we need to solve a problem asap because our server has been stuck at 504 error for days but didn't get a response on a support ticket since last Wendesday.

your best solution is to get a dedicated server for mysql only and throw a lot of RAM there, like a lot. And use NVMe drives for the server.

Does it mean having sql and MW on a separate server, right?

another engineer/system admin just said " we already throw 128 GB RAM AND only 48 GB has been used rest is free then why we throw more?

the problem is that CPU is totally consumed and its due to segments.
The solution is that we distribute this on multiple Mailwizz so that number of processes that run on 1 single database will be distributed and that will reduce MySQL DB size and then processes will take less time to complete.
In this set up. data like blacklists, bounces are not gonna be shared. No need to have MW and sql on a separate server"

can you please clarify?
his suggestion sounds different from yours and I'm confused.

If having multiple MW instances would be the right solution, then how many instances should we have say for 3M-5M emails/day? is it gonna be impossible to have just one interface, shared data when using multiple instances would be necessary?

We'd much appreciate if MM support could respond to more questions, details we submitted via support tickets.

thanks
