404 Not Found After install mailwizz Need Help

MailWizz 2.0 TesterYes I added above rule properly and didn't changed anything. Simple copied and paste. Do I need to change anything?

MailWizz 2.0 TesterHome page is showing perfectly, but when click on Login or /backend It's shows 404
In log file I can see:
customer/index.php/guest/index" failed (20: Not a directory), client: x.x.x.x., server: application.mailwizz.com, request: "GET /customer/index.php/guest/index HTTP/1.1", host: "application.mailwizz.com", referrer: "https://application.mailwizz.com/"

Added the rule and restarted the server but still no go. Can I provide a server account for you to check for me?

Staff memberThe entire "runtime" folder must be chmoded to 0777, recursive, that's very important.
