1.5.7 Mem consumption skyrocketed

Last night I did auto update to lasers version.
You can see how the mem consumption skyrocketed..
%20 more than before.. Why?

It's because the upgrade process flushes all the caches and an effort has to be made for the caches to be refilled, which translated in m ore memory usage.
